Founded in 1991 by Takahiro Narumi, SystemK now has nearly 50 employees across Japan.

In 2007 SystemK became a subsidiary of Saxa Holdings, Inc. (English | Japanese)
Saxa Holdings, Inc. is a publicly traded company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under ticker 6675.
