Seeda Layer

Popular indies hip-hop artist, Seeda*, debuted his new album 'Wisdom' in a world' first, via Layar.

SystemK teamed up with Seeda to produce a special promotional layer* allowing fans to preview a track from the album. In the week prior to the album release, fans in Tokyo, Kobe and Sapporo could visit specified landmarks to automatically trigger access to the track.

In addition to listening to Seeda's new song, fans were also treated to a personalized video message from Seeda himself. From within Layar users could easily access an online store and pre order the new CD.

This promotion received recognition online, in magazines and newspapers, and on TV. Seeda's album went on to debut in the top ten national album sales, a first for the indies artist.
